Booking a session with IBS Baby Photoshoot means the family agrees to the selected package, session date, time, inclusions, and delivery expectations confirmed by the studio. Package details may vary by newborn, 6 months, 1 year, cake smash, toddler, and professional baby photoshoot requirements.

Parents are responsible for sharing accurate baby age, preferred styling, health or comfort considerations, and arrival timing. The studio may adjust poses, props, or flow based on baby safety, comfort, mood, and practical session conditions.

Edited image counts, delivery timelines, albums, videos, themes, props, and add-ons follow the package confirmed before the session. For package comparison, visit the packages page; for current terms around date changes, visit the cancellation policy.

Booking Rules & Session Terms

• A booking is considered confirmed only after the studio receives the required advance payment and confirms the date, time, package, and session type in writing or through WhatsApp.
• Package pricing, inclusions, offers, props, edited photo count, album options, video options, and add-ons may vary by package and must be checked before booking.
• Any offer, discount, or coupon is valid only for the period, package, and conditions communicated by the studio.
• The booking advance blocks the selected date and time for the client and may be non-refundable as per the applicable cancellation or refund policy.
• Parents must arrive on time because late arrival can reduce shooting time, setup time, baby settling time, and available output.
• If the client arrives very late, the studio may shorten the session, reschedule based on availability, or treat the booking as missed depending on the situation.
• Parents must share accurate baby age, health condition, sleep routine, feeding needs, allergies, sensitivity, and comfort concerns before the shoot.
• Baby safety and comfort are always more important than any specific pose, prop, theme, or photo idea.
• The photographer or studio team may refuse, modify, or stop any pose, prop, setup, or activity that may be unsafe or uncomfortable for the baby.
• Session duration may vary because newborns, babies, and toddlers need feeding breaks, soothing time, outfit changes, and mood-based pacing.
• Theme, backdrop, costume, prop, and color availability depends on the selected package and current studio inventory.
• Exact replication of reference photos, social media images, poses, lighting, props, expressions, or baby mood cannot be guaranteed.
• Parents should bring required baby essentials such as feeding items, diapers, wipes, extra clothes, towel, blanket, baby medicines if needed, and any personal sentimental props.
• Outside props, outfits, cakes, decor, or accessories may be used only if they are safe, clean, practical, and approved by the studio team.
• For cake smash sessions, parents are responsible for confirming cake details, allergy concerns, and baby food restrictions unless the cake is specifically included by the studio.
• Only the people approved for the session should attend the shoot because extra guests can affect baby comfort, space, timing, and workflow.
• Parents or guardians must supervise the baby during the session and remain available for feeding, soothing, changing, and safety support.
• Raw photos, unedited files, rejected photos, duplicate shots, test shots, and behind-the-scenes files are not included unless clearly mentioned in the selected package.
• Final edited image count, album pages, reels, videos, print products, or digital deliverables will follow the package confirmed before the session.
• Editing style includes professional correction and enhancement, but major body changes, heavy retouching, background replacement, complex object removal, or extra creative edits may be chargeable.
• Photo selection, if applicable, must be completed within the timeline shared by the studio so editing and delivery are not delayed.
• Delivery timelines begin after the session is completed, required selections are received, and pending payments or approvals are cleared.
• Final gallery links or cloud delivery links should be downloaded by the client within the availability period communicated by the studio.
• IBS Baby Photoshoot is not responsible for delay caused by late selections, pending payments, client-side approval delays, technical issues, natural events, illness, or circumstances outside studio control.
• No client may use delivered images for unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or commercial resale purposes without written permission.
• The studio may use photos for portfolio, website, social media, advertisements, or promotions only with parent or guardian permission as described in the privacy policy.
• Clients must clear all pending payments before final edited photos, albums, prints, videos, or other deliverables are released.
• Any complaint, correction request, missing file concern, or delivery issue should be raised soon after receiving the gallery so the studio can review it properly.
• By booking a session, visiting the studio, making payment, participating in the photoshoot, or accepting final delivery, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
