We use this information to recommend suitable newborn, milestone, 6 months, 1 year, cake smash, and professional baby photoshoot packages in Pune. We do not sell personal information. Photos, booking records, and communication details are handled with care and used only for service delivery, support, and agreed portfolio or marketing use when permission is provided.

• We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries, plan your photoshoot, confirm bookings, share payment or package details, and deliver your final photos.
• The details we may collect include parent name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp number, baby age, preferred session date, selected package, address or studio visit preference, and messages shared with us.
• We do not sell, rent, trade, or share customer personal data with outside parties for marketing or unrelated business use.
• Customer data is used only by IBS Baby Photoshoot and trusted internal team members who need it for booking, session planning, editing, delivery, or customer support.
• We may use your contact details to send booking confirmations, package information, payment reminders, session preparation guidance, gallery links, and service updates related to your enquiry or booking.
• Baby photos, parent photos, family photos, and behind-the-scenes images are treated as private client content unless permission is given for public use.
• We use baby photos on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp status, website portfolio, advertisements, or other social media only after parent or guardian permission is received.
• Parents can refuse social media or portfolio usage, and refusal will not affect the quality of service, editing, delivery, or studio support.
• If permission was previously given for social media or portfolio use, parents may later request removal by contacting us, and we will take reasonable steps to remove the content from platforms we control.
• Final photoshoot images, selected photos, preview files, or gallery links may be shared through cloud storage or online delivery tools for convenient access.
• Photoshoot photos are available on cloud links for only 7 days from the date the link is shared, unless the studio confirms a different written timeline.
• Parents are responsible for downloading and safely backing up photos within the 7-day cloud availability period.
• After the 7-day cloud period, gallery links may be removed, expired, archived, or deleted, and re-upload may depend on file availability and studio discretion.
• Raw photos, unedited photos, rejected images, test shots, and duplicate files are not guaranteed to be stored or delivered unless included in the selected package in writing.
• We take reasonable care to protect client data, booking information, and image files from unauthorized access, misuse, accidental loss, or unnecessary disclosure.
• Payment information shared with us is used only for booking, advance payment, invoice, package confirmation, or payment support purposes.
• We may retain basic booking records, invoices, consent notes, and communication history for business, accounting, service quality, and dispute-resolution needs.
• We do not knowingly collect unnecessary sensitive information about babies, parents, or family members beyond what is required for safe session planning and service delivery.

• Deletion requests will be reviewed and completed where reasonably possible, except where certain records must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business reasons.
• If a client shares images or gallery links with relatives, friends, vendors, or third-party apps, IBS Baby Photoshoot is not responsible for how those external parties store, forward, edit, download, or publish the content.
• Clients should not share gallery links publicly if they want their baby or family photos to remain private.
