Cancellation and Refund Policy

Baby photoshoot bookings often depend on baby health, nap timing, family schedules, and milestone dates. IBS Baby Photoshoot tries to support reasonable rescheduling requests when parents inform the studio as early as possible.

Advance payments, cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and date change options depend on the package, confirmed slot, preparation work, theme planning, and communication shared during booking. Custom themes, reserved dates, props, or short-notice changes may affect refund or rescheduling options.

Cancellation & Refund Rules

• Advance amount paid for booking confirmation cannot be refunded at any cost because it reserves the studio slot, team time, theme planning, and preparation work.
• A photoshoot date is treated as confirmed only after the required advance payment is received and the studio confirms the slot.
• If the client cancels the booking after paying the advance, the advance amount will not be refunded.
• If the client does not arrive for the confirmed photoshoot slot, the booking may be treated as cancelled and the advance amount will not be refunded.
• If the client arrives very late, the session time may be reduced, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on studio availability, and refund will not be guaranteed.
• Rescheduling is possible only when the client informs the studio in advance and a suitable new slot is available.
• Short-notice rescheduling requests may not be accepted if the studio has already blocked the slot, arranged staff, prepared props, or planned a custom theme.
• Only one reschedule may be allowed for a booking unless the studio approves an exception in writing.
• If the baby is unwell, parents should inform the studio as early as possible so the team can check whether a date change is possible.
• Custom theme preparation, special props, costumes, cakes, backdrops, or third-party arrangements may be chargeable even if the client cancels or changes the session.
• Package changes after booking are subject to studio approval, package availability, price difference, and preparation status.
• After the photoshoot is completed, no refund will be provided if the client is not satisfied with the photos, baby expressions, baby mood, poses, theme preference, or final output.
• Baby mood, smiles, sleep, crying, cooperation, and expressions cannot be guaranteed, so these are not valid reasons for a refund after the shoot.
• Raw photos, rejected photos, duplicate shots, and unedited files are not refund grounds if they are not included in the selected package.
• Editing correction requests can be reviewed by the studio, but refund will not be provided for subjective editing preferences after service completion.
• If the studio is unable to conduct a confirmed session due to unavoidable internal reasons, the studio may offer a new date, package adjustment, or refund option based on the case.
• Refunds, when approved by the studio, may take reasonable processing time depending on payment method and bank/payment gateway timelines.
• No refund will be processed for completed services, delivered edited photos, albums, prints, videos, digital galleries, or other package deliverables.
• Any refund or rescheduling approval must be confirmed by IBS Baby Photoshoot through written communication, WhatsApp, or email.
• By booking a session, paying the advance, or participating in the photoshoot, the client agrees to this cancellation and refund policy.
