1. Arrival:
Clients must arrive 15-30 minutes prior to their scheduled slot to ensure a smooth session.
If you arrive late and the next client is on time, your session will be adjusted during the next client's outfit changes, feeding times, or breaks.
2. Deliverables:
RAW data will be delivered within 3 working days after the shoot.
Edited images will be delivered within 3 working days after receiving your selection.
3. Studio Entry Policy:
Only parents are allowed to accompany the baby for the shoot.
This includes either both mother and father, or one parent and one guardian.
A maximum of two individuals (excluding the baby) are permitted inside the studio during the session.
This policy ensures a distraction-free, calm environment for the baby and efficient use of studio time.
3. Rescheduling and No-Show Policy:
You can reschedule your slot for valid reasons, subject to availability and mutual convenience.
For holiday slots, an INR 1,000 rescheduling fee applies if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
No-shows without prior notice will incur an INR 1,000 penalty, and rescheduling will only be allowed on available dates.
4. Holiday Slot Terms:
Holiday slots are considered prime bookings and are subject to additional charges.
Holiday bookings are non-refundable and can only be rescheduled with valid reasons at least 48 hours in advance, subject to an INR 1,000 rescheduling fee.
5. Refund Policy:
100% refund is available if canceled within 24 hours of booking.
No refunds will be provided after the 24-hour window.
6. Complimentary Album:
A complimentary album is included and will be delivered within 1 month of the shoot.
7. Payment Terms:
A INR 2,000 advance payment is required to confirm your booking. This amount is non-refundable after 24 hours of booking.
The remaining balance, based on the chosen package, must be paid on the day of the shoot.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer.
8. Payment Failure Clause:
If the remaining payment is not completed on the day of the shoot, deliverables (RAW data, edited images, and albums) will be withheld until payment is received in full and complimentary album will not be delivered.
9. Session Duration:
Each session is allotted a specific duration. Overruns due to client delays may result in additional charges or reduced shoot time.
10. Props and Setup:
Standard props and setups will be provided as per your chosen theme. Any special requests must be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges.
11. Image Retention:
RAW files and edited images will be stored for 30 days after delivery. Clients must secure their copies as the studio is not liable for data retention beyond this period.
12. Force Majeure:
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, technical issues), the studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the session. Any payments will be adjusted toward a future booking or refunded.
13. Privacy and Copyright:
All images remain the intellectual property of the studio.
14. Logo Watermark:
The studio's logo watermark will be included on all edited images provided to the client.
Clients may request watermark-free versions of the edited images at an additional cost.
Altering, cropping, or removing the watermark from the images without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
15. Liability:
The studio is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages during the session, whether on studio premises or at an outdoor location.
16. Health and Safety:
If you or your baby is unwell, please inform the studio in advance to reschedule the shoot.
17. Disputes:
Any disputes will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
